Free delivery offer
Free delivery only applies to flowers featured on this site, delivered to the suburbs listed in the delivery section. Any other arrangements will incur additional costs. 'Add on' products ordered on their own without flowers will also incur additional delivery fees.
Cancellations
All cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to the delivery or collection date will incur an administration fee of $15.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment. To discuss a refund, please contact us on (03) 9827 7656 or orders@flawlessflowers.com.au.
All complaints must be made within 36 hours of delivery.
Product substitution
Due to seasonal availability, Flawless Flowers reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value where an ordered item is not available. We will always endeavour to match the style, colour and price of your order.
Re-delivery
Re-delivery fees apply at a minimum of $15 each leg where a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control (for example, the recipient not being home).
Payment
Payments are processed securely via PayPal (128-bit encryption). By placing an order you agree to PayPal's terms of service.
